Price limits

I'm thinking of signing my parents up to plusnet broadband option 1 (�10 per month).
They want to know exactly how much it will be costing them so I would like to be able to set the price limit to �10. I didn't find any specific information on the plusnet website about setting the price limit though so I don't know if this can be done or if the limits are fixed by plusnet.

If I can set the limit to whatever I like (�10, �11, �12 etc) then that would be great. So any info on setting limits would be greatfully received.
