TPON

Hi

How are Plusnet at finding out if a copper overlay would be possible in a TPON area. Got someone who has been told (by the usual culprits O2 etc.) that as they are TPON there is no way broadband can even be ordered or the possibility of a copper overlay investigated.

That's generally going to depend on whther the other ISPs have made the necessary effort of contacting BTs Provisioning departments to see if there's a possibility.

We can certainly ask, but we wouldn't be able to offer any guarantees.
