Happy At Plusnet.

I posted a little while ago about a friend signing up with PN.

Would like to say she is happy with the service and everything has been trouble free.

[shouts] "James",

IS there anyway to change the billing (usage) dates?
As want it to start from beginning of calendar month.

As long as you don't have Home Phone.

We can change your billing date by taking a pro rata payment by card to bring you upto that new date. If you give customer services a ring they should be able to sort it out for you.

Thanks for the reply.

There is no phone involved.

The billing runs from the 5th to the 4th, is it possible just to lose 4 days and get the next month starting on the 1st?
Would save the bother of using a card, and not bothered by losing the cost of the 4 days.

Yep, I can't see any problems in doing it that way.
