How many CS does it take to change a light bulb??

To say I'm feeling exasperated, and ever so slightly bewildered would be an understatement.

All Plusnet had to do was change me from Option 2 down to Option 1, with 4GB inclusive usage, at the next billing date (16th Nov).

So they decide to regrade me early, on the 13th, meaning I then receive a warning email about going over my 4GB allowance... After reporting this, they regrade me back to Option 2, ok.

Next I get changed to Option 1 again, although billing date has now changed to the 18th and only 2GB inc usage... I change this to 4GB, and report this, hoping not to get charged in arrears for the extra usage, as it should have been included at the regrade. I get some sort of assurance that it looks like I'm getting the extra 2GB without being charged for it, ok.

Finally, today I notice my account only states 2GB, again, so I'm flummoxed to say the least, and am sorry I ever requested an account regrade. Maybe a kindly Plusnet rep could take a look at closed ticket ID: 26838005, and they'll see what I'm talking about.

Is it possible just to put me on Option 2 and forget this ever happened?

New Improved? plusnet

Hi dieselglider,

Sorry about that, it looks like the agent that carried out the account change missed the included usage on the ticket - I'll have a word with them and sort it out.

I've set the usage to 4GB included and that should be charged on the next billing date. You're on the flex option though and the account change has removed the data transfer watch, if you had one set so you might need to reset that.

Hope that helps and sorry for the hassle,

Matt
