Suddenly can't access Plusnet website - others OK

[link to this post]

I suddenly have found I can't access the PlusNet website. I am trying to see and respond to a support ticket.

I am trying to go to www.plus.net or portal.plus.net

It just seems to time out. I have tried to ping it and get a message saying: TTL expired in transit (four times) (0% packet loss)

I seem to be able to access all other websites OK.

I have just changed my configuration at the time this happened but I'm not sure if this is a coincidence or not. I rebooted my router (was trying to fix some connection speed issues) and now have re-connected directly to the router using a ethernet cable rather than the WiFi.

Still since I can access all the other websites I can't see how this could have caused it.

Anyone else unable to access www.plus.net or can offer any other suggestions as to my problem?

Thanks
Alan

Same problem and email from PlusNet is down at present. Probably a power cut at PlusNet or something.

The site is down. Cannot access it from O2 LLU, but did earlier in the day.
