CASHBACK!!!!!

O2 looks very promising now, £50 cash back for signing up for 12 months at a lower price than plusnet:

only downside is that you're not eligble for referrals apparently.

Still, let the 18 month and no customer loyalty debate continue.......

Edit: In 2 days I've gone from going to sign up to PN Unlimited because I was feeling some loyalty to PN to now going to request my MAC and move over to O2. 5+ years of PN reliable and quality service about to be stopped....

When I signed up with Plusnet 3 weeks ago there was a £56 cashback offer through Quidco. I signed up through quidco and it still hasn't been tracked... looks like it was unsuccessful.

IIRC it can take 90+ days for PN's cashback to turn up (read it somewhere on the Money Saving Expert forums but can't find the link). It was something to do with the now no longer 90 day guarantee (they needed to be sure you were out of the 90 day period where you could leave without paying for service plus have £56 in your back pocket!)

The Quidco site says that it may take 2 weeks for a PlusNet transaction to show as "Tracked". If 3 weeks have gone by, you can rais a missing query.

My £28 tracked quickly. I checked the day after I signed up with Plusnet and it was showing in my Quidco account.

Mine to and I only signed up on Monday, narrowly missing the new new contracts.

Same here. My migration went through on Tuesday so just missed them as well.

Not sure what Plusnet are thinking as there is no way I'd have signed up if the new contracts had been in place and I think a lot of prospective customers will give Plusnet a miss for the same reasons.
