And what was the outcome of your previous post regarding your mothers call to plusnet. Did you provide details of the call and what was the answer.

Is this related to this thread. If not I suggest perhaps you repost it in the original thread.

I believe that Paddyclark is questioning the validity of the OP's claims .... as he did in the other thread.

There is a history of unsubstantiated claims and rumours posted by the OP.

Yes - he's at it on the Virgin cable forum too - same hysteria about 24/7 throttling.

I prefer to look at it that I am asking the OP to confirm the status of his complaint having made a serious allegation of dishonesty. smile

Requested clarification in the previous thread, which the OP had not answered. Have PMd him and had the following "conversation"

ME Can you confirm the outcome of your mothers phone call to Plusnet..
Did you pass the details over and what was the outcome...

MAX Still ongoing process !!!!! not yet resolve !!!

ME Have you provided details to Plusnet if so when..
I would have thought that they would resolve the matter quite quickly.

MAX They really slow of solve it out !! Supervisor is awaiting for team manager to investigated it ! In fact my mother isn't a lie !!!

As yet he has not confirmed when he passed details to PN..

Dishonesty is a serious issue and should be shown up as and where it occurs...

I think that you are a bit out of order publicising someone's PMs when they chose not to answer the questions on the open forum. The P in PM does after all stand for Private.
