Just curious. All this talk of 18 month contracts and stuff just got me thinking.

It's got me thinking, too, but all I've concluded so far is: "That's an end to any ideas about changing products!"
It's just as well I'm fairly happy on the 15GB special offer, and don't have any urgent need to change.

If it's any consolation, the term has just been shortened to 12 months, for existing customers who change to the new products.

I'm still on the 15GB PAYG special.
Incidentally - have you checked their VAT reduction calculation?

It's only a minor error, and may only apply if you also have the £1 domain.
Are you paying £20.56? If so it should be £20.54
