Dial up settings?

I recall a while ago there is a dial up account that is guest / guest but I cant recall the dial up number 0845...
Also do I have to show caller ID?
I need to test something over dial up

Does it have to be Plusnet? There are quite a few anonymous dial up numbers, e.g. this one from Namesco:

It shouldn't matter what you use as long as you're releasing your CLI (i.e. not withholding your telephone number).
