How and where do I purchase more bandwidth?

Hi all.

I just went over my 30GB monthly cap and I think my connection is being throttled.
This is the first time I've gone over my limit and I don't know how or where to purchase more bandwidth?

I've logged into the member centre on the website but I still can't find out where to do it?


Any help would be appreciated.

Log into the Member Centre and navigate to:

My Account > Connection Settings > Control Your Broadband > Change My Usage Allowance > Modify

Check the tick-box and click Change. You'll then be charged at 98p per GB you exceed your allowance by.

The other option is to increase your included allowance using the drop down although I'd suggest against that if you don't think you're going to exceed your usage again next month.
