Packet shaping switched off?

Speeds seem very good on +net at the moment and have been for a few days now. I've been able to get better than expected download speeds at peek times! laugh

I think your improvement will be more to do with this.

More network capacity has been added.

Possibly this as Spotify seems to be working well at the moment http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,7528...
In the meantime, with the new segment in I'm going to try and concentrate on a couple of things today and Tuesday, one of which is improving the performance of silver (the other is ensuring that we're picking up all iPlayer traffic). Keeping the latency and packet drops drops in the silver queue low should mean that Spotify will work OK. Be interested to hear whether it works Friday, Saturday or Sunday evening between about 6pm and 10pm on BBYW, Unlimited, Value or Premier account.
