Be patient and don't mess about with the connection. The BT system goes through a training period for up to 10 days to determine the correct speed for the line and then the Plusnet system needs to be told the IP Profile speed by BT and that can take some hours after the IP Profile changes.
You can check what speed Plusnet have at https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=stable_rate

Hi there,
Matt's sent me a copy of your PM so I could have a look at your line for you.
I can't see anything that's going on currently because you're offline, but it's certainly not our profiling system as that's set to 7150Kbps as we're yet to receive a profile update from BT.
I am however quite surprised that the speedtest is showing a low figure, although there's a good chance that's just the BT speedtest giving out duff information (not like that happens often).
What sort of results do you get from http://mybroadbandspeed.co.uk ?

Hi,
i am supprised with the line quality and sync,,i have done a test with your link,,however i dont know what url i need to put in to share it on here
but the speeds are coming in at
D U
yesterdy at 22:56 1948 and 360
TODAY AT 1104 1954 and 369
i have used that tester quite a few times and never budged over 1900.
ihave done all the usual checks for my indoor wiring,as of on here..ive even bought my laptop from hiome here to and connected it to the router and that is showing the same.
that is why i was suspecting a stuck bRas

Yup - That just looks like the BT default of 2000Kbps until they apply the first IP Profile.
Which should be in the region of 6000Kbps, I would have thought.
