Plusnet and iPlayer

Just been connected to Plusnet's Unlimited Service, getting 4meg and I am finding iPlayer streaming performance to be absolutely unwatchable...any issues with PN and iPlayer at the moment? other users experience? if this representative of things to come, show me the door after two days please...
