Moving House

[link to this post]

Hi

I know I have asked this question in this forum before but can't find the answer!!

Anyway, I am soon gonna be moving into my new house and will be taking my current number with me. What I need to know is what the process is? Do I phone BT or Plusnet first?? Also, what sort of downtime can I expect to see??

Thanks

That was his brother with a change of number.

He means this one.

Bob: Demon dialup >> Freeserve dialup >> BT Broadband >> Prodigynet >> Newnet >> O2 Standard.
Purple Cloud for domain, email and web space.
