£3 per month Save offer query

Can anyone from PlusNet answer this query regarding:

www.plus.net/save

I am on BBYW package
Migrated into Plusnet, early Oct 2008

If I agree to committing to a further 12 months on same BBYW option package, when is the earliest I can apply via the above web page to take up the offer?

ie. do I have to wait until anniversary of when I first migrated into Plusnet?
