I was a Plusnet customer from early 2005 and I had a few (maybe 4-5) referrals and they were nicely chipping away at my monthly fee.
I left in early summer 2006 and at the time I was told that my referrals would continue to click over and once they hit a certain amount, that they would automatically send them to me.
I completely forgot all about it until today when I got a £5.00 "DD Refund".
I'm guessing this is 39 months of referral fees, but I'm fairly sure I was getting £2-3/month originally. I appreciate that some of the referrals left the ISP and some may have gone onto accounts which don't pay referrals now, but really???
I've tried to get a password recovery to login to the portal (even tho I know the password is correct) and that's not coming through.
As I'm no longer a customer, I was wondering if any of the ISP reps could take a look for me and find out what this £5 is for and what happened to all the previous months referalls.
Thanks
Pete
