simultaneous order

i have spoken with someone to confim i can do a simultaneous order and was told to contact my line provider (sky) and tell them this is what to do and they should give me a reference number in order for PN to move my line and adsl over to my new house.

how ever sky dont seem to know what im going on about does anyone know of a way around this so then i can start the process with plus net.

Someone else posted something similar the other day.

Seems Sky can't or won't do a SIM order.
