Network Plan B

I see from the PN site that the network is still in Plan B mode.
For as long as I can recall I have not had a completed tracert. 100% time outs!

All I do is basic browsing which is very slow despite my throughput consistently measuring > 5Mbps.

Surely basic browsing is the prime purpose of an internet connection, or am I being sacrificed to the iPlayer brigade. Perhaps these people could learn the ancient art of turning a TV on....?!

Well Dennis, looks like it's time to hop to a less congested pipe.

I have to do that with the maaf><PN gateways now and again

I got onto pcl-ag1 and my speed jumped to 6500kbps

Good stuff, worth subscribing to the service updates at the moment to see whats going on

The point I was trying to make was that its not a question of speedtests its the time it takes to get the webpage.......

I always thought that 'Plan B' was mean't to be the alternative to 'Plan A' where 'Plan A' was normal operations - it's beginning to feel as if 'Plan B' is normal operations now

Is there anything that says what Plan B is? As in how it differes from Plan A? Do the traffic management speeds change for instance, and if not, what does?
