Here you go Bob. Its still a bit vague in places though.

Incidentally there's a post at the bottom of this thread saying they are trying PLAN A for the weekend which is either excellent or going to end in tears.

for millions of people web browsing is not the primary use.

times have changed from a decade ago.

I do have sympathy tho, you would expect plusnet to not have these issues since its the kind of thing that is supposedbly avoided by traffic shaping.

I don't think I accept that. Although in the context I consider all internet shopping, banking, insurance and such to be included in web browsing.

To be fair they have added loads of capacity lately and there's more on the way they seem to be lighting a new segment every couple of weeks and have done so for quite a while plus a new pipe
