How can I tell if/when I've moved to 21CN?

I got an e-mail several weeks ago saying that I was due to be migrated, and that no action was necessary on my part.

I have never had any further communication to confirm it has happened, but some time in the recent past, my sync speed has improved, but I have also had more problems with sync loss, and occasional weird error messages: for example I sometimes cannot log into MS Messenger, and the "troubleshoot" option identifies an "invalid IP address".

It feels as if something has changed (not really for the better), and I suspect it has to do with the 21CN move, but how do I find out whether I have, in fact, moved?

samknows would be a good place to start, do a search for your exchange on there

also run the bt wholesale adsl checker HERE. (word to the wise here dont take the speeds it displays with a pinch of salt )

if it says you can get 21cn then you should be connected

also post your line stats here so someone could help with the problems your having

Hi TLM,

If it's the email I think (sorry, I don't have your username so can't check your account) it'll be telling you we're moving you to the 21CN network at ADSL1 speeds. It sounds like the order has completed, if you PM me your username I'll double check and confirm for you if you like?
