Get free router after joining?

[link to this post]

Hi - joined plusNet October time, and used own router. However unfortunately that router has just given up the ghost frown (confirmed by engineer today!)

Anyone know whether plus.net will allow me to take the 'free' router they offer even though been with them a few months now?

yes - just raise a ticket and agree to the post/package charge. If you leave within 12 months you will have to pay for it

Yep, no problem with us doing this. You'd need to cover the £6.99 postage and packaging and the cost of the router would be deferred over a 12 month period. This means that you'd pay for it if you left at any point during the next year.

Give us a call or raise a support ticket via our website if you want to take advantage of the offer.

Edit: Looks like Jim beat me to it!
