moving to plusnet from eclipse

[link to this post]

Well i've been with plus net years ago i think it was back in 2002 then i moved over to eclipse, been there ever since, and i'm still on a fixed rate speed of 1mb which now days is bad for what i pay for. And the speeds in the day time are bad. I play alot of WOW (world of war craft) online alot of the time is through out the day. I dont use p2p, if i do its usually to update WOW patch game and thats not very often. But i do alot of ftp downloading so which package would be good for me. I have no idea how much usage a online game would use.
And i need a static ip would i beable to get the static ip from day 1 of moving to plusnet i.e i get my MAC address give it to plusnet and i will be moving onto plusnet at a date they say and i will be use a static ip from the start. I do not want a Dynamic IP.
It does say you get assigned by default a dynamic ip, i need to know the new static ip before hand would they inform me before the move over?

Since it's Friday afternoon you might get a quicker result, by posting here on Community Support, especially a reply from one of the PN Comms team.
I think you need to register to use the forums.
