Plusnet email via relay.plus.net

Is it possible for a Plusnet customer to send email via relay.plus.net from a non plusnet connection. (e.g. mobile network or public WiFi)?

Yes. You need to use a secure connection providing your PlusNet id / Password (not the mailbox ID / PW). My sons both use it for their iPhones.
