New Plusnet order query

Hi,

we ordered a plusnet BB product last friday and everything seems to be going through fine except for the router dispatch. It seems stuck on awaiting processing. But the line is supposed to be active on Saturday.

Anyone in the know?

If the order is due to go live on Saturday your router should be ordered tomorrow.

Feel free to PM me the username though and I'll give it a nudge.

Brilliant service - everything went through as promised - now on Plusnet BB and well pleased. Not intended for videos etc just simple e-mail and occasional surfing, so just right.
