How does it take for the speed to increase?

Hello,

After seeing my router was syncing at 768kbps which is about 70kb/s download, i reset my router and switch microfilter its now showing around 1700kbps which should give me at least 30kb/s more download speed.

So how long does it take PN to react to what my router is syncing at and hence give me a new speed?

You'll need to check your BT IP Profile if your sync rate is high and speeds seem poor, it can take a few days for the profile to go up if the sync rate is only increasing in small amounts.

It can also take another day or so for the Plusnet profile system to follow suit.
