Reduced pricing on Plusnet Pro

[link to this post]

Has anyone who has been on Plusnet pro for a while received a reduction after the recent change of pricing? I raised a support question with PN as to why I was still being charged 19.99 rather than the reduced 16.49 price (market 3 exchange).

The reply was that I was actually on Pro Your way rather than pro and that this was an old product and hence I was charged correctly.

Was it common knowledge that pro was actually changed and I have missed this fact or should I follow this up in more detail with PN?

Thanks

Im a BBYW Pro customer, what happens to my price?

BBYW prices are unaffected by these changes. To take advantage of Market 3 pricing (if youre in an eligible area) youd need to move to the newer version of Pro.
