Plusnet profile

I keep reading about a Plusnet profile (as opposed to the BT one)...whereabouts can I find that?

Look in Connections Settings / High Speed Broadband.

Connections / setting I've found...High speed broadband...nope cannot see that at all?!?! I will continue to look at the options, but I cannot see one called that....it might be the problem

edit: it's just arrived about a minute after the rest of the screen was "building".

This is so so slow.

I've never been able to find this and I still can't Anyone got a direct link?

Isn't it called "Line speed"?

It should be titled 'High-speed Broadband' and can be accessed from this link.

Whoops, that's not right! Please PM me your username so I can set it properly.

Chances are that your 'provisioned product' wasn't set correctly when your order was placed so the system doesn't know which range of profiles it can assign.

Kind of history now as I'm now on a full speed FTTC connection, although funnily enough yesterday I wasn't because my Plusnet profile had inexplicably been reduced from the normal 37Mb to 14Mb - a quick support ticket sorted that out and restored full speed, but I do wonder how many other people that has happened to without their noticing.
