Maybe I've missed a trick, but why is this related to Plusnet?

Maybe I've missed a trick, but why is this related to Plusnet? Because this is the speed tester Plusnet recommends us to use!

If you check the whois for the domain, it was registered by Plusnet

Obviously because mybroadbandspeed.co.uk hasn't paid their licence fees to OKLA.
Why on earth you think it has anything to do with Plusnet? It happens here too from Orange.

Regardless of ownership, it is a public facing speedtest, purportedly available to anyone not just PlusNet users.
Therefore, this topic is of General interest.

Yes, but Plusnet are the only ones who can fix it.

The speedtester is ours, it's our domain, is hosted on our servers and lives in one of our data centres.
Obviously because mybroadbandspeed.co.uk hasn't paid their licence fees to OKLA.
We have paid the license renewal fees and as far as I know, the license key on the servers was updated last week.
Why on earth you think it has anything to do with Plusnet? It happens here too from Orange.
It is to do with us and we've an internal problem open to find out what happened (ref: 65316).

I'm with Orange and I get it on one computer but not on the other, a laptop.
Someone needs to get it sorted.
|

Well, until you "find out what happened" you cannot state with any confidence what may or may not have caused it.
"LicenSe" is a verb, by the way!

No doubt why the OP posted in this forum,
and stupidly berated for it!
