I've placed my order for Unlimited Fibre, and I've received my Plusnet router today. When I placed the order, I'm pretty sure I picked 7th May AM as the time for the engineer... in the full knowledge that that might slip!
Since then, I've had a text message to say "Your broadband service is due to become active by midnight on 08/05/2013". And I've just logged into the Member Centre and it says "Your broadband order should complete on 08th May 2013 - After 12pm. Please note that this date can sometimes change. We'll let you know if this happens."
So does anyone know if/when things do get re-scheduled, how much notice they usually give?
