Talk Talk Fibre to Plusnet Fibre?

Is it possible to migrate from one to the other? How does it work? The plusnet order form seems to imply a fair bit of downtime and no simultaneous phone/fibre provide when the line is taken over.

Could someone from plusnet confirm the situation?

It is possible and while there is a lead time of a couple of weeks the downtime should be minimal and only happen on the actual date of the switchover.

If the phone line is on the TalkTalk network then we'll move both services over at once though that'll have the two week lead time mentioned previously.

If the phone line is on the BT network (whether billed by TalkTalk or not) then we'll move the Fibre over first and then the phone will follow a couple of weeks later.
