Do you think it is possible that you may have a fault locally or on the line which is not related to the ISP? Just a thought.

Whichever ISP you use you will get speed fluctuations from time to time. If if happens with me I give it 72 hours before I start complaining (unless its a major drop in speed).

Yes, that is possible, it is also possible that I have a problem with my router as my tablet and phone would not connect to it this morning.

Reset it, tablet and phone is working on it now, but everything is still slow, apart from internal network which seems ok.

I should have stayed where I was.
