Maybe they like you as a customer so haven't sent you an email and you'll carry on paying the current price.

You should have a copy of the email in your Plusnet Portal support tickets. Goto https://portal.plus.net/wizard/?p=search (login required) and search for closed tickets within a date range (use the last 2 months)

Different deals for different customers time and time again. Why trust a company who insist they're doing all possible for you when you know it's rubbish.

AIUI all members of the Options team have a monthly budget of giveaways to retain customers. Ring once, or twice, or thrice, and on the 24th of the month you may get someone who has exhausted their budget and playing hard, or someone who has conserved it and needs to get some retentions quickly.

AIUI all members of the Options team have a monthly budget of giveaways to retain customers. Ring once, or twice, or thrice, and on the 24th of the month you may get someone who has exhausted their budget and playing hard, or someone who has conserved it and needs to get some retentions quickly.

Might as well run it as a lottery, give everyone same chance, rather then give preference to persistent 'negotiators'......
