I have sim only with life mobile a few months ago and today plusnet emailed me invoice with a bill of £7.67 and my bill are not due until 28th of December as life mobile already taken out £9.95 on the 28th November but why plusnet mobile want another bill? I calling up plusnet mobile and been on hold for 67 minutes (what a joke!) life mobile customer support answered straight away everytime I called them.
Sadly life mobile to become plusnet mobile is [censored] terrible! AVOID IT
I cannot believe mobile with plusnet with their customer support couldn't get through on phone call.
Hate u Plusnet mobile. Bring back life mobile!
