Out of interest, was that via John Lewis or direct to PlusNet??
I had some very significant issues, with PlusNet, when I tried returning to them some 6 years ago! Their ability to get on-top of the problem was "zilch" &, continually, every single Service Guy (who had personally promised to "Take-Ownership" of the problem), seemed to then disappear! In one month, they generated more than 60 "Service-Notes" (hence, the ongoing details of the Issue were scattered across these - often with information either duplicated OR conflicting) & then had the cheek to complain that I was opening too many (ONLY 1 of those had been initiated by myself)!
Since I decided to move away from my current provider (BT), the realistic choices seemed to be PlusNet, TalkTalk or Sky - all of which filled myself with some trepidation, hence I thought that I would risk the John Lewis version (with their alleged high standard of customer care).
