Just confirms my feelings that these companies are fine at providing the basic ADSL service, but useless at anything more, such as communication.

i had a couple of letters about their sport App, or BT sport app, now it is just via Email and now and again they still email me about their T.V service, but they have not phoned me for a few years apart from to sort out the problem i had

Sorry to hear that, thankfully I have not had any problems with Plus net in that respect. Other providers yes, even thos I was not with and got in touch with on behalf of other people, Talk Talk and sky being the worse tow, but also vodafone and BT.
