Poor download speeds today why?

Web sites taking longer to load today as the download speed has decreased from a usual 37 Mbps to 7Mbps but the upload remains the same at 8mbps. Any reason this should have happened?

I thought it was a bit slow yesterday, took ages to download some updates for some software and Amazon Prime Video just failed full stop.

Seems ok this morning.

Login to the hub then go to troubleshooting then helpdesk.

Type the IP address 192.168.1.254 in the browser address bar and press enter > Login to the Hub1 > Troubleshooting > Helpdesk
