Mand, I don't think you will get this (authentic) information from him.

I suggest you don't waste your time here and concentrate on getting the 18 month contract for existing customer transfers oveturned. wink

Which Plusnet 8GB package...

Price suggests it is an old Plus package, opt 1 was 2GB, 2 was 15GB and 3 was 30GB

"We will NOT force you to change your old package into the new package but from April 2009, all the old product will be automatically switch over to the new product but you remain on the 1 month contract. The only change is the price - work out much cheaper for you. "

This is a complete contradiction, something has been misheard, or mis-communicated. As I don't see what a sales person had to gain from saying what you say they said, i.e. its not encouraging people to move now, all it seems to serve is to put dis-information out.
