I had a battery fault on my line verified by Post Office instigated line test. Openreach attend and say they have swapped pair between DP and cabinet and that all is now fine. Next bill from Post Office has a £120 charge on it and when I query it, Post Office say "The report says No Fault Found". I say "Look at your own fault record. What does it say?" Post Office decline to reply. Is this a widespread scam?
