Any virus experts.

Downloaded a file from a link in the Zen Newsletter, anyway to test if it's suspicious or just broke. Appears to open a command prompt and do nothing. Scanned system with Nod32, SAS, and Malwarebytes - all clean. Ideas?

Take a look at http://virusscan.jotti.org/en
This is a very good free online virus scanner, and it uses many different types of antivirus scanning software.

In English:
File not found.

It looks like someone's server is incorrectly set up but there's nothing malicious here.
