software to restrict wifi devices connecting to the router?

Is there any software that can probe a routers network to check what wifi devices connect to the network?

I'm saying this as I'm wanting to use the wifi on the HH5 but it doesnt seem to have any way to restrict the mac codes of the devices allowed to connect. Unlike some other routers that do.

So I was wondering can this be done by some software that can maybe have a whitelist of mac code devices and at the least notify a person if any other devices connect to the network?
