chrome security spoof?

I've had a couple of emails warning me my Chrome security is out of date - curious that, as I've never loaded Chrome on any recent installation, and just don't use it.
In addition the emails come addressed to a throwaway address, which automatically marks them as suspicious.
The invitation is to go to [removed]chrome.exe to get an update!

Visiting that site on a secure browser brings up this warning

Removed the URL so that people randomly clicking don't accidentally get something they did not expect.
