Don't think this has been mentioned here (search finds nowt).
I can recommend anybody with an interest in IT and related security risks subscribing to, or reading, the RISKS Digest, if you're not a comp.risks reader.
I've been reading these for over 30 years - although some of the late 80s risks were my favourites (I particularly liked the "weight_on_wheels" subroutine that fixed one of the risks).
