Very Slow Upload Speeds [WALSALL Exchange]

Just wondering if anyone else has had slow upload speeds this morning?

Odd thing, the modem is syncing up fine, connects at 768 kb/s and then throughputs around 22kb/s (not, k BITS, not bytes! - transfer rate is around 2KB per sec).

Phoned Sky Tech Support, 2nd guy I spoke to said it was my PC, 3rd guy was actually usefull and escalated the call up to the next level (5 day wait now for someone to sort this mess out).

Switched from Eclipse about 3 months ago - have to say its mostly great, but had more problems with sky than I did was 4 years of Eclipse. Just a shame Eclipse are so damn expensive for the same service. Which Eclipse I was getting 2MB fine, with Sky its 6MB! Not bad for someone who was stuck with 512kb for 2 years.
