Hi,
I've been helping my in-laws with their Sky Broadband installation. All went well, the router connected perfectly and they are connected to the internet.
However, setting up additional email addresses hasn't worked at all.
We followed the instructions and were taken to the MySky site. At this point, we tried to input the Sky Viewing Card number but it wouldn't accept this, so we used the other option (for the non-account holder) which told us that the request would be passed to the main user. No such request has appeared and further attempts to create the address result in a message saying to wait as we've already tried.
What now? It can't be this difficult surely - it's only an email address!!
