Availability

Thinking of joining sky broadband currently with virgin broadband :-( when i do the availability check it says that my line is not compatible it says that sky b/b is available in my area but my phone line cant support it anybody help thanks

Hi N, I think before anyone can help you, you will need to post your line stats etc - can you access your router / modem and do this!

Also use http://www.samknows.com/broadband/checker2.php with your phone number and again http://www.samknows.com/broadband/checker2.php with your postcode to see how far you are from the exchange, as the crow files.
