Customer support.

Sky customer support has a reputation of not being as good as it should be. (putting it mildly)
Ive found a great site full of knowledgeable users who may be able to help if you have a problem Sky CS cannot help you with.
As said a few times in the forum "if you are waiting for tier 3 support you could be waiting a while"
