Not recieved login name/password

I am due to be activated tommorow and have no idea what my login name and password are for my email. I have had the router plus a letter giving me my activation date but not letter saying what my login details are for the portal or so I can set up my POP3. Would it be best to give them a ring tonight to get these?

can you login to the my sky on sky.com its the same normally give them a ring otherwise

Yes I can, but the 2 accounts I set up were ages ago, and only to take advantage of the Sky Download service and also the remote record. I have just signed up for Broadband just over a week ago, so will they take these 2 logins I created 6 months or so ago as our username and passwords? Or would they give us new ones?

If I do keep the 2 accounts set up whats the email address for them? Would it be [email protected]?

do they both work in what you want to login to?

Actually trying it on www.skybroadband.com I can actually login to both accounts and can see the email addresses. Strange that Sky didnt mention anything about the user accounts I have being used as email. I only used the accounts to set up the Sky TV via Broadband application and remote record.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction as I didnt really think of trying to login into the main Skybroadband site.
