Sky rep on TBB

I was just thinking, wouldn't it be nice for a Sky rep to appear here from time to time to help sort some of the issues people are experiencing. Someone from tier 3 ever better.

Yes, I agree but definitely Tier 3 maybe email tech support and see what comes back!

I Believe they have in the past, on this and another forum but they were sacked for it and since then they've kept in the shadows but they do offer the odd bit of help.

Well maybe if they thought anything of their customers they would be posting on these forums already. It can't be that expensive for a company the size of Sky to employ a dedicated team of people to post on Internet forums in order to improve customer relations and gain even more customers.

Its strange that Sky don't use this customer service option. But then again many of the bigger service providers actually don't.. Mmmm. strange that, wonder why??

Madasafish, who I am migrating from have a great little team of reps who have sorted loads of help out for me, dear Samara being one of them! Even when I started the migration process off, she has helped from the start..

I sure will miss that additional support when I move to SKY...so come on Sky.. gets some customer support reps on these forums!!

I've emailed Sky asking for some presence here. Do you think it would be their interests and would inprove customer safisfaction.
