Sky Rep cannot answer my simplquestions, can you??

All they are interested is to get me signed up.. But they cannot answer my questions..

1) 12 months contract.. 1 says i just pay � 30 and i can get out from it, the other say I can leave any time on the broadband side within 12 months, as long as I keep the Sky TV up for 12 months..

2) Traffice management / Throttling.. No one can answer this

3) Usage, mid package offer 40 gig.. i am sure thats for both upload and download.. But the guy at the stand thats for download only.. Other says both.. i asked what if i go over it? one says "then you will not be able to browse at all" WTF..?? Other said they will charge per gig after, but he doesn;t knwo the price .. (how do you expect people to sign up?)

4) The max package offers unlimited usage (with **) that must mean subject to fair usage policy that kind of xxxx, but no one knows the amount and this is funny and you have to listen to this... One rep says Fair Use Policy means IF I VISIT SOME RESTRICTED SITES, I AM NOT ALLOWED... oh well, that was the funniest thing i have heard that day...

Since BE doesn;t cover my area cos i am too far, Sky seems to be the next one on the list..

Good package. but poor knowledge and I know abosolutely nothing anyway..
