Speed + Connections Problems Tonight

Just got in from work and I could get no web pages, checked the router and synced and connected with a 9.6 db SNR...

Rebooted twice, and I can get slower than dial-up speeds.

Anyone else having problems this evening?

Odd suddenly just come back up to full speed throughput!
